Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through Mowing, weed eating, gardening. collection of trash, operating power tools, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job and able to adapt to outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, and weeding

Provide assistance to onsite team members and customers

Transport materials and equipment from one location to another on site

Operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, power tools and/or equipment

Other merchandising tasks as required

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

Ability to adapt to outdoor elements, meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects

Strong attention to detail and customer service

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Farm experience is desirable
