Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products

Provide assistance to onsite painters, carpenters and technicians

Transport materials and equipment from one location to another

Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment

Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility

Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding

Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

A willingness to learn and open to coaching and direction

Experience in trades (painting, carpentry, home maintenance, etc.) is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs of equipment and or supplies
