Home builder seeking a General Laborer to join our team! You will be responsible for completing general construction work and clean up for homes while they are being constructed. Normal business hours are between 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Complete projects and repairs in a timely fashion.

Maintain appearance of properties.

Perform routine preventive maintenance.

Grounds work.

Prepare new homes for closings.

Must maintain a professional and courteous manner.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to handle physical workload.

Ability to handle working in all climates.

Deadline and detail-oriented.
