    Job Summary
    Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

    Learning the duties of various roles in the breaker department. This position can work on moving materials one day and scrapping metal the next. This can be a seasonal, part-time, or full-time role.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Be able to work indoors/outdoors
    • Be able to stand, walk, squat, and kneel throughout the shift
    • Must be able to speak English
    • Must be willing to learn new skills and advance in the company
    • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize spacing
    • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
    • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, kitting and picking processes.
    • Other duties, tasks, and work may be assigned as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Ability to maintain good housekeeping of designated work area.
    • Capable of lifting 50-pounts.
    • Use Pallet/Hand Jacks, box cutters, chop saw, and tape guns.
    • Detail oriented, great attitude, team player, well organized.

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
    • Good time management skills; be able to multi-task
    • Able to work at fast pace
    • Work well in a team environment.
    • Able to maintain confidential information.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
    High school or equivalent GED certification.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    • Occasional reaching/working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
    • Frequent walking
    • Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
    • Lifting requirements include occasional lifting up to 75 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 25 pounds.

    WORK SCHEDULE
    Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. You are required to be at your workstation from the start of your shift to the completion of your shift Monday thru Friday.

    • Clinical expertise.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical, data management and computer skills.
    • Current working knowledge of discharge planning, utilization management, case management, performance improvement and managed care reimbursement.
    • Able to work with people of all social, economic, and cultural backgrounds.
    • Flexible, open-minded and adaptable to change.
    • Understanding of pre-acute and post-acute venues of care and community resources.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, as evidenced by capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components.
    • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in interactions with physicians, payors, and patients/families.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, culturally sensitive.
    • Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
