Job Description
Plans, directs & coordinates the daily assignments and operations of Dominos Restaurant and staff in Hyannis, Cape Cod, MA.
Duties include, but not limited to:
*Manage daily operations of Dominos Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages;
*Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving and cleaning methods
*schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, maintain food and equipment inventory, keep inventory records
*handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food qualify, service or other, count monies and make deposits;
*schedule staff hours, train and motivate a quality team
*determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new or existing staff;
*prepare employee review and performance reports;
*plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions.
Additional Information
Qualifications:
*Associate Degree in Business, Management or related field and knowledge of service administration principles in coordination of people & resources; ability to lead independently, communicate information effectively
Full Time position, Forty (40) hours per week.
