    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 11036 Quivira Rd in Overland Park, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

    • Manage daily operations, including equipment operation, inventory management, and facility maintenance
    • Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
    • Ensure high-quality customer service by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly
    • Oversee inventory control, including stock management and associated paperwork

    • Proficient in using computer systems for order processing and inventory management
    • Ability to read maps and navigate efficiently for delivery purposes
    • Physical ability to stock ingredients, prepare products, and make deliveries
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    Additional Information

    In addition you must operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in-cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associate paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily.
