Responsibilities: • Facilitate strategic planning, objectives, and a timetable of action for hotel department leaders that meets overall hotel goals • Construct and manage a straightforward and effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities • Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized • Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds • Empower hotel staff to excel in superior guest service to drive financial success through strong leadership and creative operational strategies Qualifications: • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • You must have 5 or more years of experience working in the hospitality field • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role • High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred Compensation: 65000 - 70000 yearly
