We own and operate multiple businesses, including window tinting, wraps, PPF, cabinet making, glass installation, property rentals, and auto services (including windshield replacement, detailing, and remote starters). We are looking for an experienced General Manager to take charge of daily operations, ensure efficiency across all businesses, and help drive growth while keeping financials in check. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations across multiple businesses. • Manage and support shop managers and employees at each location. • Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and deadlines. • Handle scheduling, workload distribution, and employee performance. • Review financial statements, identify areas of loss, and improve profitability. • Implement and optimize business processes for efficiency. • Assist in hiring, training, and performance management. • Ensure top-notch customer service and address any major client concerns. • Oversee inventory and supply chain management. • Create reports on operations, financials, and team performance. Qualifications: • Experience managing multiple businesses or locations. • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and analyze financial statements (basic bookkeeping skills preferred). • Experience in automotive, trades, or service industries is a plus. • Highly organized with excellent communication skills. • Comfortable with tech and software for scheduling, finances, and reporting. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
