Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives • Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure productivity and efficiency • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting • Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders • Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance overall performance Qualifications: • Proven experience in operations or general management, preferably in waste management, construction services, logistics, or a related field • Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams, drivers, and administrative staff • Working knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance requirements • Excellent organizational and time management skills , with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Financial acumen , including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control • Customer-focused mindset , with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to improving systems and service delivery • Proficient in business software such as Microsoft Office, routing/scheduling software, and fleet tracking systems • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain • High school diploma or GED required ; bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred • Experience with septic systems and/or portable sanitation equipment is a strong plus • Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment , including outdoor conditions when necessary Compensation: $ 60,000 to $ 80,000
