Job Summary The General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day operations, supervising groomer performance, optimizing schedules, and ensuring that business objectives are met. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Upon successfully completing the training period, the General Manager will earn competitive pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of grooming schedules.
Manage groomers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including route optimization and client follow-ups.
Provide weekly updates to leadership on team performance and operational progress.
Conduct weekly or biweekly onsite check-ins to manage supply inventory.
Drive marketing initiatives, including local outreach and client engagement strategies.
Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
2–3 years of General Manager experience in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong leadership skills with a structured, methodical approach to operations.
Proficiency in analyzing data and generating performance reports.
Effective communication and delegation skills.
Familiarity with mobile or service-based businesses is a plus.
Must reside in Phoenix metro area and have reliable transportation to Chandler
