Buck & Rider is hiring very dynamic General Manager to join our team! The GM role will have a primary responsibility over the entire multi-million-dollar restaurant. This role will help ensure the first impression of the restaurant and is responsible for Managing and executing all front of house Managers and functions.
Buck & Rider prides ourselves in utmost freshness and ingredients, our compelling seafood and steak dishes are chef-crafted with gusto, directly from framers and fishermen of the East, West, and Gulf Coasts. We fly our fish and seafood direct to our restaurants daily.

Day in the Life:
Oversee entire daily operation in extremely high-volume environment
Train, coach, develop and mentor both Managers and hourly team
Effectively communicate with all levels of team members and Management
Be the ultimate driver or brand standards
Promote a strong positive culture
Become system matter expert for all restaurant systems (toast, R365, Craftable, HotSchedules, SevenRooms etc.)
Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction
Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
