Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures smooth operation, excellent customer service, and high standards in safety and cleanliness. This role will include managing staff, coordinating events, and driving business development.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, including play supervisors, receptionists, and cleaning personnel.
Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue and attendance goals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Coordinate special events, birthday parties, and other group bookings.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, attendance, and revenue.
Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience, preferably in a family entertainment, hospitality, or similar setting.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
Understanding of safety standards, especially in environments with children.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
