    • Own the P&L for the region, accurately forecast revenue and expenses, and manage budgets to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive business expansion within the Boston region.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain existing business and identify new opportunities.
    • Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring top talent.
    • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for multiple branches within the region.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate bids and optimal pricing strategies.
    • Participate in the Leadership Committee, contributing to company-wide initiatives and strategic planning.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base Salary: $130k - $150k plus bonus
    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200k+
