The Role
We’re seeking a General Manager who is dynamic, professional, and kind — someone who can lead with confidence, train with heart, and manage with precision. As the face of the restaurant, you will embody our commitment to hospitality, culture, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations with energy and excellence, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience
Collaborate with our Executive Chef to execute a seasonal, innovative, and high-volume culinary program
Inspire, train, and mentor a team with professionalism and joy — cultivating a positive and empowering environment
Drive revenue and manage costs with sharp financial acumen — labor, COGS, P&L, and inventory
Uphold service standards while continually seeking ways to elevate the guest journey
Manage and maintain a vibrant craft bar program in partnership with the Beverage Director
Execute marketing initiatives and local outreach to build community and brand presence
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor laws
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale, chef-driven restaurant
Proven track record of strong financial performance and operational control
Deep understanding of exceptional hospitality and service culture
Skilled in training and team development with a happy, kind, and professional approach
Passion for food, wine, and craft cocktails
Strong leadership presence, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
