Position: General Manager Reports to: Owners

As the General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our establishment, embodying the spirit of hospitality and leadership that defines our unique dining experience. Your role is pivotal in not just managing but elevating every aspect of our tavern, from operations to guest relations. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee daily financial activities, including cash handling, balancing, and bank deposits. Maintain vigilance over budgets and payroll, ensuring profitability without compromising our ethos.
Operational Oversight: Implement efficient operational procedures. Conduct daily staff meetings, manage repair and maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop weekly and monthly forecasts, aligning operational strategy with financial goals.
Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence and growth. Lead, coach, and inspire staff, ensuring high-quality training and professional development for managers and all team members.
Guest Relations: Be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warm, inviting atmosphere of Four Leaves. Uphold our commitment to exceptional experiences, building lasting relationships with guests.
Marketing and Sales Development: Actively participate in marketing initiatives and sales development, creatively contributing to the growth and reputation of our tavern.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality management, demonstrating success in a similar role.
Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
