    The company is a manufacturer of power cords and engineered products, serving original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the communications, industrial, and medical industries. With a growing team and a commitment to quality and innovation, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee sales operations and drive growth.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage day-to-day sales operations.

    Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth goals.

    Foster a productive and professional work environment for employees, focusing on their growth and development.

    Act as a key contact for prospecting, pricing, and customer engagement.

    Travel with sales representatives to support business development efforts.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales representatives, ensuring consistent communication and support.

    Wear multiple hats in a small team environment, providing hands-on leadership in all areas.

    Requirements and Skills:

    Proven experience in a Sales Manager or General Manager role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.

    In-depth knowledge of business processes including finance, HR, procurement, and operations.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Bachelors degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.

    Strong mathematical skills to calculate selling prices and margins; ability to create technical drawings is a plus.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).

    Industrial distribution experience preferred.
