We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

    Job Summary: The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork while maintaining our high standards of service and quality. This role requires strong leadership, an eye for detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in fine dining management and excel at driving business performance and guest satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring a flawless guest experience.
    • Hire, train, and develop staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
    • Maintain the highest standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenues and profitability.
    • Manage budgets, financial targets, and scheduling to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff and culinary teams to curate seasonal menus and specials.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
    • Oversee marketing initiatives and events to promote the restaurant and attract new clientele.
    • Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance, restaurant operations, and guest satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fine dining restaurant management
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a fine dining restaurant general manager
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
    • A passion for food, wine, and exceptional service.
