    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Work closely with the business owner to establish and achieve business goals.

    Oversee the daily operations of handyman and home improvement services, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

    Lead and manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance standards.

    Build and manage relationships with customers, realtors, property managers, and other service companies within target markets to drive sales and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities.

    Schedule and coordinate jobs to maximize operational efficiency and resource utilization.

    Perform hands-on handyman and home improvement tasks as needed, demonstrating expertise and setting an example for the team.

    Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources to achieve financial objectives.

    Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

    Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.

    Skills and Requirements:

    Proven experience in handyman and home improvement services, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.

    Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.

    Solid sales skills with a passion for helping others excel and achieve goals.

    Must own a reliable van or vehicle suitable for work-related travel and transport of tools/materials.

    Must have basic working handyman tools.

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    Flexibility to work full-time hours, including overtime when necessary.

    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

    Familiarity with project management, budgeting, and operational processes.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the handyman, home improvement, or construction industry, with prior managerial or supervisory experience preferred.

    Proficiency in job analysis, estimating, and project management.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Competency with CRMs, Microsoft Office, email platforms, and Google Drive.

    Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

    Physical Demands:

    Regularly requires standing, walking, lifting (50+ lbs.), pushing, stooping, climbing, and using power tools.

    Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights on ladders, and perform manual labor in outdoor and indoor environments under various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, snow, and rain.
