Responsibilities: The General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth and profitability. • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. • Recruit, train, and manage staff to create a positive and productive work environment. • Analyze financial data and create budgets to control costs and increase revenue. • Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve business goals and objectives.
