    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team at our upscale establishment, Gemelle. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

    Responsibilities:

    · Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory management and cost control.

    · Uphold and elevate the restaurant’s reputation for exceptional service and ambiance, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

    · Develop and execute budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

    · Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold restaurants standards of excellence.

    · Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, cleanliness, and overall presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

    · Implement promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.

    · Manage relationships with supplies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a General Manager in a polished or upscale restaurant setting.

    · Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of achieving operational excellence.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.

    · Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.

    · Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.

    · Food Managers or Serve Safe Managers and TABC Certifications are required.
