Lucy Buffett LuLu’s is currently looking for a General Manager to join the Destin, FL team.
LuLu’s is a Fast Paced, High Volume, Casual, Family oriented restaurant where Food, Fun and Live Music are a staple. Our General Managers are actively responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, the satisfaction of guests and the supervision of subordinates.

Qualifications:
-Highschool diploma or GED required
-Degree in hospitality, business management or related field preferred
-5 or more years experience in full service restaurant management capacity
-ServSafe certified preferred
-Basic knowledge of software programs (Ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc)
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Ensures all business and personnel practices are in compliance with the law and adheres to company policies and procedures
Identifies and implements business strategies that maximize sales and profits
Implements and demonstrates an environment that delivers a consistent and high-standard of food quality, customer service and satisfaction
Exercises sound judgment in the decision making process and while addressing internal and external matters of importance
Demonstrates core values of the company
Conducts all business aspects in a professional and polite manner
Adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Manual
Attends community and industry-related meetings and events
Provides leadership and motivation to members of management, staff and employees in order to continuously maintain organizational effectiveness
Develops and maintains favorable relationships with management and employees to foster a cooperative and peaceful environment to maximize morale and productivity
