    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Luxury Car Service operation. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining safety standards, and driving business growth. The GM will lead a team of professional drivers, build and nurture client relationships, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business goals. The General Manager may be required to drive company vehicles as needed, including in the absence of a driver or to meet urgent client needs.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    1. Leadership and Team Management

    Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of elite drivers to ensure exceptional performance and engagement.

    Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

    Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    1. Operations Management

    Oversee all day-to-day operations, including dispatching, scheduling, vehicle maintenance, business development, and client service.

    Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

    Monitor and uphold service quality standards.

    Manage resources efficiently to optimize performance and control costs.

    Ensure effective and appropriate safety practices are always in place.

    1. Client Relations

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering personalized service.

    Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

    Seek opportunities to elevate the client experience and exceed expectations.

    1. Business Development and Strategic Planning

    Create and execute strategic plans to drive business expansion and profitability.

    Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities.

    1. Financial Management

    Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the Luxury Car Service.

    Identify cost-saving strategies and revenue enhancement opportunities to improve profitability.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs across Montgomery Entities, LLC.

    Be prepared to drive vehicles when necessary, especially in the absence of a scheduled driver or during peak service demand.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to move around office and vehicle areas, including walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

    Capability to sit for extended periods during administrative tasks or while driving.

    Visual acuity required for reading documents, screen usage, and inspecting vehicles.

    Qualifications:

    Proven leadership experience in transportation, preferably in luxury or black car services.

    Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.

    Flexibility to work varying hours and perform under pressure.
