SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will be responsible for providing overall business leadership, developing marketing & sales strategies, team development, budget development, etc., related to the sale and service of mineral processing equipment throughout North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership of all North American operations
• Sales and market penetration throughout North America
• Development of Country-Specific sales activities
• Customer acquisition across all corporate levels
• Technical consulting and product presentation
• Building a high-performance organization

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced technical and/or business degree required
• Knowledge and/or experience with material handling/mineral processing equipment and related industry applications.
• Demonstrated leadership background
• Must be available for both domestic and international travel (including trade shows, conferences and client meetings)
• Must have a hands-on approach to the business
• Must possess exceptional communication skills
• Technical understanding and willingness to manage the organization
• Intercultural Competence: must have the ability to navigate within a global organization
