Responsibilities: • General administrations- greeting visitors, providing beverages to clients, answering phones, office maintenance, event planning, and monitoring Client Concierge emails and office calendar. • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective. • Marketing management- social media, website, lead inquiries, and photography. • Procurement management- project purchasing, tracking, and receiving. • Liaise with clients, service providers, vendors, and contractors as needed. Qualifications: • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: $35,000+
