Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams including technicians, office staff, and support roles
Foster a positive and professional workplace culture that promotes accountability and teamwork
Provide coaching and performance evaluations to support individual and team growth
Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, metrics, and operational updates
Operations & Efficiency
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth scheduling, dispatch, service delivery, and follow-up
Implement and refine processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize technician efficiency
Ensure vehicles are well maintained and inventory levels are properly managed
Maintain compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure a world-class experience for every customer by monitoring service quality and customer feedback
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency
Promote the use of customer feedback tools (e.g., reviews, surveys) to measure and improve performance
Financial Management
Monitor P&L statements, budgeting, and financial performance
Set and achieve financial goals including revenue targets, margins, and cost controls
Analyze key metrics and reports to guide strategic business decisions
Review pricing, estimates, and job profitability for accuracy and consistency
Marketing & Growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and grow market share
Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and the community to expand the company’s reputation
Identify opportunities for new services, offerings, or markets
Qualifications:
5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, home services, or construction industry
Proven track record of team development and operational excellence
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with service software and scheduling systems preferred
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
