About the Role:
The General Manager, is responsible for strategic direction of their restaurant and must maintain operations standards and drive results though people development, sales, and profit growth. This role is tasked with teaching, modeling, and upholding Off The Hook’s culture standards for all team members, guest, and partners. With your leadership and management skills, you'll help drive business growth, maintain our commitment to excellence, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
Ensure operational polices, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and meet business objectives
Monitor sales, trends, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve financial goals
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing leading and coaching
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, increase sales and promote brand awareness
Build and maintain relationships with the community
Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise promptly and professionally
Report all crises or emergencies to leadership in a timely and effectively way
Requirements for Success:
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be constantly changing
Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training
Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problems
Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
New restaurant opening experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
Possess a valid driver’s license
