Responsibilities: • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. • Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. • Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. Qualifications: • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments. • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. • Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
