Basic Functions: •Professionally represent Paul Davis Restoration’s Vision, Mission, and Values. •Ensure and oversee the financial health of the company including AR, cashflow, gross margins, spending, and the overall profitability of the company •Serve as leader and manager of the organization with full responsibility for sales, marketing, operations, and job profitability. •Supervises the response to all activities of emergency services and restoration services •Recruits, trains, leads, and rewards all direct personnel needed to achieve goals •Leads and integrates the execution of shared services including, but not limited to; accounting, administration, client care, estimating, training, safety, talent acquisition, operations, and sales. •Assists in Sales and Business Development on an as needed basis •Assists in Financial Management on an as needed basis
Basic Requirements: •5 + years of experience Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Leading, and Retaining teams of 5-50 employees •5+ years of experience leading teams with multiple layers of management, is a plus •Restoration Industry experience is a plus, but not required •High aptitude in Microsoft office •General understanding and experience with accounting software and CRM software •Highly Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize •High level Communicator •High School Diploma or equivalent •Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required

Overall Duties Include: •Professionally represent the Paul Davis Vision, Mission, and Values. •Be the "Service Excellence" leader by providing training, leadership, and monitoring performance . •Perform weekly Goal Setting and Review meetings with direct reports. •Develop and execute business plans to meet the needs of the franchise. •Responsible for achieving sales and growth margin goals across all service platforms. •Communicate with CFO / VP of Finance concerning the financial status of company. •Review staffing and operational changes needed by divisions/departments. •Discuss and coordinate personnel policies, procedures, and conflict resolution. •Coordinates, monitors, and supervises customer/homeowner quality service. •Ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement and Operations Manuals. •Facilitate franchise-wide staff meetings. •Act as hiring manager for franchise location and lead Human Resource activities. •Lead partnership between Shared Services and Project Management for efficient estimating results. •Work closely with Shared Services partners to provide influence for accounting and finance responsibilities and decisions. •Collaboration with MSP Leadership Team on Annual Financial Plans (AFP) •Support shared services client care coordinator. •Adhere to processes, procedures, and guidelines of the Shared Services model. •Provide ongoing feedback to Paul Davis MSP leadership on Shared Services performance. •Participate in all applicable Paul Davis MSP group meetings. •Provides input to other management based on observations from the field. •Communicates and analyzes competitive activity. •Perform all duties of an operations manager, and/or project manager when applicable
High Detail Job Accountabilities: •Coordinate and discuss franchise performance including financial and operational performance with all pertinent team members. •Review job reports, WIP, and customer relations with pertinent team members. •Propose & request approval for capital expenditures and general purchase •Work with CFO to provide timely monthly financial trends to accurately forecast year-end profit objectives. •Review all job closings and adjust compensation accounts. •Review job costs and overheads for corrective action. •Monitors, participates, and ensures the collections of all Paul Davis accounts receivable from Customers and Insurance companies. •Monitor vendor accounts. •Ensure that all vendor and subcontractors’ contracts and insurance requirements are on file. •Lead all sales performance and marketing plans with key salespeople and pertinent team members. •Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjuster’s agents, property manager, and other sources of referrals. •Participates in sales and marketing as the need arises. •Recruits, onboards, trains, leads, and retains, project managers, senior technicians, and technicians, subcontractors, and vendors on an ongoing basis. •Hold regular one-on-one meetings to set goals and monitor performance. •Participates in emergency services when an “All hands-on deck” scenario arises. •Supervise, and performs as necessary: estimating, contracts, and securing agreed pricing. •Ensures all personnel are paid and work in a safe environment. •Drive and ensure compliance with Shared Services processes with all team members of the office. •Participate in weekly tactical meetings with pertinent leadership team members to review KPIs and problem solve issues. •Participate in on-going problem solving with direct reports while practicing continuous improvement of the department and company. •Participate in Paul Davis social events, Goal Setting and Review, All Team Meetings and as many other opportunities as possible to engage with the rest of the team. •Perform other duties as directed by President & CEO •Adhere hold office accountable to the "Team Member Handbook" for the business
Time-Commitment: •This is a full-time salary position •Work required will vary depending on performance •Requires attendance of evening social, networking, and business development events when applicable.
Reward: •Compensation is evaluated on a yearly basis effective from the start date of employment of each calendar year.
