    Position: General Manager

    Compensation: $150K-170K + significant bonus

    Location: Pittsburgh, PA

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement operational strategies that drive core KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, average ticket size, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and maintenance program adoption
    • Oversee all financial functions—budgeting, forecasting, and goal-setting—with a focus on P&L optimization and target achievement
    • Maintain an active leadership presence with a strong, daily, on-site commitment in the Pittsburgh area
    • Ensure exceptional service standards through effective training, accountability systems, and data-informed decision-making
    • Champion a values-driven, collaborative workplace culture that increases employee satisfaction and retention
    • Support job creation and employee advancement through upskilling and career pathing

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience leading teams
    • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • A background in owning and operating a P&L is preferred, ideally with a structured approach to management and hiring
    • Excellent communication, motivation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust and inspire teams
    • A genuine appreciation for the Skilled Trades or similarly hands-on industries
