Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead our full-service casual dining restaurant. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier customer experiences, managing a dynamic team, and driving the restaurant’s profitability. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of General Manager experience in a similar setting and is ready to bring leadership, innovation, and an eye for excellence to our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of service, quality, and ambiance. Respond to customer feedback and proactively resolve issues.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening/closing, food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness. Implement operational processes to maximize efficiency.
Financial Performance: Drive restaurant profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue opportunities. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for continued growth.
Inventory & Supply Chain: Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality food and beverages are consistently available.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and food handling regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and guests.
Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and community engagement initiatives. Leverage social media and customer feedback to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service. Oversee hiring, training, and continuous development to foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
At least 3 Years of experience managing a full service restaurant End-End as GM.
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
