Role Description: We are looking for a motivated, ambitious General Manager to take ownership of our REO location. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences

Lead staff training, scheduling, and team development

Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness

Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, with bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities as the location grows

Take an ownership mindset, working closely with leadership to maximize potential

Work 50+ hours per week, especially during key business periods

Qualifications:

Some management experience preferred, but passion and drive are most important

A go-getter mentality—someone who wants to grow with the company

Ability to handle high-volume operations and multitask effectively

A strong sense of ownership and pride in driving success

Compensation & Benefits:

$50,000 starting salary
