  • Responsibilities

    As the General Manager for Ted’s, you will be responsible for the daily operations, financial performance, and team leadership at your designated restaurant location. Your primary goal is to ensure the restaurant delivers an outstanding guest experience, meets financial targets, and maintains high standards of quality and compliance. This position reports to the District Manager and requires a balance of hands-on management, team development, and operational oversight to foster a successful, customer-focused environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Operational Management

    Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory control, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, ensuring alignment with Ted’s brand and quality standards.

    Team Leadership and Development

    Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations. Ensure a positive, productive work environment and address any team-related issues promptly.

    Customer Service and Experience

    Maintain a guest-first approach, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality dining experience for all customers. Manage and resolve customer complaints as needed.

    Financial Accountability

    Monitor restaurant budgets and financial metrics, including sales, labor, and food costs, to achieve profitability targets. Implement cost control measures and address any financial discrepancies.

    Health, Safety, and Compliance

    Uphold compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, labor laws, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and training sessions to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Salary: Annual base salary, payable weekly.

    Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus based on meeting the following performance metrics:

    Sales Performance: Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Cost Control: Maintaining labor and food costs within defined limits.

    Customer Satisfaction: Based on customer feedback and mystery shopper reports.
