    LEAD COORDINATOR / SALON MANAGER

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: LEAD COORDINATOR / SALON MANAGER We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced, and customer-obsessed Lead Coordinator to guide our front desk operations and team. This is a leadership role where you’ll set the tone for the entire guest experience, drive performance, and ensure every client leaves feeling beautiful, confident, and taken care of.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end service environment and has a passion for coaching teams, hitting goals, and delivering white-glove customer care.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    Leading the front desk team with energy, professionalism, and positivity

    Driving membership and retail sales through effective coaching and personal example

    Managing appointment scheduling, guest communication, and front desk operations

    Creating a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere for every guest

    Handling inventory, daily operations, and reporting

    Collaborating with the owner and lash artists to ensure a cohesive, high-performing salon

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    2+ years in customer service or sales, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred

    Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets

    Confidence in resolving guest concerns with grace and professionalism

    Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

    Ability to inspire and lead a team by example

    Weekend and evening availability required

    Experience with MindBody Software a huge plus!
