We are hiring a full time General Manager. The Woodhouse Day Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented therapists who have passion for what they do!

As General Manager, you will be responsible for:

More specifically, our stellar GM’s:
Manage the daily operations of the spa
Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
Coach and develop team members
Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa’s overall performance
Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction
Preference for 2 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position. Experience in guest relations and management is necessary. Skills include: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.
