    General Manager Trainee

    Requirements

    5+ years of leadership experience leading teams of 20+ team member and managers

    Strong sense of personal accountability and desire for development

    Experience leading teams to meet key objectives

    Available to work flexible schedules to ensure efficient operations

    Experience in talent management processes

    Able to effectively communicate and tailor message to appropriate audiences

    Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

    Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster an engaging culture

    Strong routines around cleanliness and organization standards
