We're looking for a hospitality-focused General Manager to lead our fine-fast casual Italian restaurant. Someone who brings both operational excellence and genuine hospitality to the table. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a smooth shift, build a strong team culture, and make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is eager to grow with a company that values leadership, initiative, and continuous learning.

Fiorella’s is a locally owned and growing Italian-American restaurant group rooted in hospitality, quality, and care. We treat our team like family and lead from the heart. At the Wellesley location, our fine-fast casual model lets guests order at the counter, then relax at an open table or grab a meal to go.

Requirements

2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a hospitality-forward concept

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills

Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Emotional intelligence and alignment with our values and hiring philosophy
