Position Overview: As General Manager, you’ll lead operations for three Pacific Northwest locations, driving unified goals and exceptional results. This key role requires seasoned experience in service leadership, trades expertise, and multi-department management. Reporting to our leadership team, you’ll foster client relationships and champion growth, efficiency, and service excellence across departments.

What You’ll Do as General Manager:
- Foster Key Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with owners, retail partners, and corporate teams. Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure every function aligns with our mission and propels us toward our shared vision.
- Drive Service Excellence: Use your industry expertise to guide the service team in upholding high standards of customer satisfaction, driving excellence across all locations.
- Lead Data-Driven Decisions: Work with department managers to enhance reporting tools like Service Titan, using insights to set financial targets and drive strategic, data-based decisions.
- Ensure Consistent Communication: Hold weekly department head meetings, monthly field manager meetings, and daily calls with managers to maintain open communication, accountability, and alignment across teams.
- Provide Hands-On Leadership: Travel frequently between our three locations, gaining on-the-ground insights and supporting teams directly to uphold standards and inspire team performance.
Requirements for the General Manager:
- Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the trades, ideally with experience in larger companies and a solid understanding of service department operations.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to nurture and manage long-term partnerships across ownership, corporate, and field teams.
- Multi Department Leadership: Skilled at leading multiple departments, aligning them with strategic goals, and balancing big-picture direction with day-to-day operational efficiency.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in P&L management, comfort with financial reporting, and a keen eye on performance metrics.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid computer skills and knowledge of common office applications, including MS Word and Excel.
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrated success in managing complex operations, with an ability to keep teams motivated, efficient, and results focused.
