    Job Summary: We are seeking High Energy Fun Leaders to enhance our hospitality services by bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for guest engagement. In this role, you will. be responsible for creating a spirited environment where guests feel welcomed and excited to participate in our offerings. The intention is to build connections with guests, team members, and the community to create a loyal following, increase sales substantially over the previous years’ sales, keep costs at or below budget and assist with maintaining a great working environment and reputation. It is important to ensure employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the safety of our staff or guests or the procedures of each brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and energize guests through the fun, ensuring a memorable experience

    Foster a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere that encourages guest participation and interaction.

    Train and motivate all staff to maintain a fun and friendly approach in all guests interactions.

    Actively engage with guests to build rapport, gather feedback, and enhance their experience.

    Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns with a positive and proactive approach.

    Assist in planning and executing special events, themed nights and promotional activities.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in hospitality, event planning or a leadership role in a related field.

    Charismatic and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.

    Ability to inspire and motivate a team while creating a fun and engaging environment.

    Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

    A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences.

    Associates Degree

    Ability to stand and work for long periods of time

    ServSafe Certified
