GENERAL MANAGER:
We are seeking an individual to lead a College H.U.N.K.S. Corporate store, ensuring it stands out as a model of excellence within the Franchise community by effectively executing existing College H.U.N.K.S. systems and integrating new improvements as they emerge. The Corporate Store General Manager also acts as a brand advocate and a representative of the corporate team, identifying and communicating opportunities for growth and assisting with pilot programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Operations: Maintain a high level of functionality in day-to-day operations and implement the College H.U.N.K.S. Way (Systems, Technology, Practices).
Human Resource Management: Lead the recruiting, onboarding, and development of A-Player team members, adjusting as necessary
Training & Development: Manage ongoing training of the team to ensure they are up to date with the current College H.U.N.K.S. systems and best practices and to ensure that they are adequately prepared for their job duties
Strong Financial Acumen: Manage all facets of the Profit and Loss Statement to ensure we meet or exceed benchmarks and budgets. Provide transparency to the ownership on activities that lead to P&L results
Business Growth: Ensure the business is set up with the appropriate resources (assets, people, marketing, etc.) to achieve the budgeted growth targets
Strong Culture: Build and maintain positive and enthusiastic team and camaraderie amongst the team members
Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service that creates a "WOW" experience for the customer while generating necessary income
Marketing: Manage Marketing Strategy, spend and execution in conformance to the College H.U.N.K.S. marketing playbook and based on local needs
Sales: Develop, adopt, and execute on the College H.U.N.K.S. sales strategy and inspire a sales mindset among leadership team and other team members
Safety: Ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained across all operations, implementing safety protocols and training to protect both team members and clients while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent/relevant experience.
3-5 years as General Manager of a $5 Million + Service-Based Business.
2+ years preferred experience in the Moving Industry.
Strong Business and Financial Acumen.
Experience in leading, managing, and holding a team accountable.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Basic computer skills.
