    Role: General Manager of Full Service Gutter & Guards Installation Company

    Who Are We? The Brothers that just do Gutters are a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise. We repair, install, and maintain Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters and many other services. The Brothers currently have multiple locations across the United States.     We are looking for a dynamic leader to help us grow our rapidly expanding home improvement business.

    As a General Manager, this role is the primary integrator for the organization, listening closely to the owner’s vision and mapping out a plan to achieve it. The GM brings creative roadmaps to the owner, including detailed plans for achieving the annual and long-term plans. The GM is responsible for the output of all the people on their team. This will require creating, maintaining, and improving the systems and processes the team uses, as well as gaining the type of buy-in that animates them at peak performance. This role is responsible for all business operations which includes management of administrative, operational, and sales employees.

    Our current sales projections are $700,000 - $1,000,000 per year each which gives you a great overall compensation, as well as a balanced family life.

    Requirements:

    Must have proven experience leading/growing teams within the in home services or construction services industry

    General Responsibilities:

    Overseeing daily business operations

    Developing and implementing growth strategies

    Training low-level managers and staff

    Creating and managing budgets

    Improving revenue and profit margins

    Ensures the annual plan is executed, KPIs met and adherence to the budget

    Hiring employees

    Setting and achieving goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits

    Evaluating performance and productivity

    Analyzing accounting and financial data

    Ensuring that work is completed accurately, completely, and on time

    Generating reports and giving presentations

    Maintaining an organized workflow and process using company CRM\

    Communication:

    Maintains regular communication with the owner, staff, and field personnel, working cooperatively to develop methods and systems that are most effective for growing the business

    Maintains company reputation of integrity and professionalism by professionally communicating with customers, being punctual for appointments, returning phone calls promptly, etc

    Assures that all necessary information about jobs is communicated to crew leaders as necessary (i.e. job colors, job scopes, scheduling, billing, etc.)

    Maintains open communication with crew leaders to remain knowledgeable of jobs and teams

    Communicates with all employees in a positive and respectful manner

    Other Responsibilities:

    Demonstrates positive leadership through all actions with all employees

    Attends all meetings on time

    Works the necessary hours per week to perform all duties and responsibilities promptly

    Assists in the development and implementation of new systems, helping to maintain and increase the company’s profitability and organization as it changes and grows

    Assists in problem-solving and implementing solutions

    Participates in planning company growth and development and supports company mission by following through on initiatives

    Compensation:

    Compensation $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. Base salary of $60,000 + profit sharing + equity
