You will work with experienced technicians and gain hands-on experience in various automotive services.
Duties
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
Utilize power tools and hand tools to carry out repairs and adjustments as needed.
Assist in diagnosing automotive issues through basic automotive diagnostics.
Provide tire service, including alignment and balancing.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices in vehicle repair and maintenance.
Support heavy lifting tasks as required during vehicle servicing.
Perform Quality Control process on completed vehicles.
Experience
No prior experience is necessary; however, any background in automotive mechanics or related fields is a plus.
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic automotive diagnostics is beneficial.
Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
Previous experience in a dealership or as a service technician is advantageous but not required.
