Our Facilities team is seeking a part-time General Utility support professional to assist the Fleet Management, Grounds & Garage Manager to support the ongoing maintenance, repair and fulfillment needs. This role reports directly to the Grounds & Garage Manager.

Essential Responsibilities
• Department offsite order fulfillment that includes driving to off-site vendor locations to pick up parts, tools, and equipment needed for daily operation
• Conducting and maintaining routine inspections of tools and equipment
• Assist the garage mechanic in basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on standard equipment and vehicles
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment and tools into vehicles
• Clean and maintain the appearance of transport vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and larger vehicles as needed
• Weekly internal and external vehicle condition checks and report any issues to vehicle coordinator or manager
• Prepare/Fuel vehicle(s) when scheduled for executive use
• Perform miscellaneous and various tasks that support facilities, garage, and grounds operations

Your Qualifications
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Michigan driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Skills
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (power washer, tire compressor, garage related equipment) and other similar tools as required
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret procedures and instructions in English
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
