    About the Role:

    We are currently seeking a Senior Gen AI Engineer/Architect with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience to reinforce our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, including generative AI, and will be responsible for creating AI models, performing data analysis, and developing algorithms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, test, and deploy AI models, including those based on Generative AI frameworks.

    Develop and fine-tune generative models (e.g., GPT, GANs) for text, image, or audio generation.

    Collaborate with the team to design AI systems.

    Troubleshoot and improve current AI systems.

    Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and optimization.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

    Skills:

    At least seven years of experience as an AI engineer or similar role.

    Proficiency in Python, Node.js, C#, HTML, and JavaScript.

    Experience with AI Libraries/Packages such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, Pandas, NLTK, OpenCV, WebRTC, Lang Chain, Hugging Face, and Generative AI frameworks.

    Familiarity with Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Convoluted Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks (including LSTM), Deep Neural Networks, Progressive Learning, Time-Series Forecasting (including NNs).

    Experience with deployment frameworks such as Flask, Django, Nginx + Gunicorn, Docker, Kubernetes, SCM (Git), and DevOps (CI/CD).

    Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AZURE Cloud, Google Cloud, and AWS.

    Familiarity with Model Ops (AIOps) tools such as Prometheus, MLflow, and Grafana.

    Additional Skills:

    Strong problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to interpret research literature and implement algorithms based on business use-case.

    Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
