$18-$23 Per Hour

The Residential Generator Apprentice plays a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and installation of residential backup generators. This position involves assisting the Residential Generator Technician in various tasks related to generator maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to ensuring the reliable operation of backup generators in residential settings. The ideal candidate should want to be a learner first, learn the trade but then be ready to become a Lead Installer and run their own crew in the future.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge or willingness to learn.

Previous experience in generator maintenance or electrical work preferred but not required

Certification in generator maintenance or related field.is preferred but not required

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
