    What We’re Looking For We are seeking Generator Service Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and testing of generator systems ranging from 5 kW to 4000 kW, all while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and test generator systems (5 kW to 4000 kW)

    Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring satisfaction

    Complete and accurately fill out all required paperwork and documentation

    Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to support repairs

    Requirements

    Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, particularly with diesel generators

    Experience in technical fields such as automotive, transportation, commercial/residential electrical, or military service is a plus

    Technical training or certifications in related fields preferred

    Willingness to adapt to new technologies and learn on the job

    Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and be part of an on-call rotation, with occasional out-of-town travel

    Ability to safely operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and mobile cranes, in compliance with OSHA regulations

    Journeyman Electrician certification is a plus, but not required
