WE HAVE A RARE FULL TIME POSITION OPEN FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/FLOATER. THIS CANDIDATE WOULD WORK PRIMARILY FROM OUR LAKEWOOD LOCATION, AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL IN AT OTHER LOCATIONS AS NEEDED AND ON SHORT NOTICE. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers in front office or via telephone to assist them in retrieving their vehicle.
• Prepare and process files per Washington State D.O.L. for all incoming vehicles for Impound/Accident.
• Collect and audit tow driver invoices and paperwork.
• Keep office/work area uncluttered and clean.
• Adhere to strict deadlines

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 1 YEAR MINIMUM FRONT FACING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE A MUST
• MUST BE FLEXIBLE ON SHORT NOTICE
• Someone who is customer service oriented
• Able to work with diversity
• Keep calm under pressure
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Able to multi task
• Work independently
• High energy and self motivated
• Able to work with/communicate in a professional manner with many different types of people & personality types
• Basic computer skills (50 wpm)
• Ability to use multi-line phone system.
• Record keeping in a neat and orderly manner
• Excellent Math and penmanship skills!
