Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver for an 11-year-old boy with autism. The caregiver will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment while the father is at work. Experience with special needs, particularly autism, is essential.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety of the child at all times

Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and activities

Engage in educational and recreational activities tailored to the child’s needs

Provide emotional support and encouragement

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children with autism or other special needs

Patience, empathy, and understanding

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow routines and structured schedules

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from the family’s home

Must pass a Level 2 Background Check

Experience working with children or adults with special needs

Schedule:

Part time

20-30 hours a week
