The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of verifiable experience in personal injury litigation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the field. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Manage all phases of personal injury litigation. • Draft pleadings, motions, and respond to discovery. • Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed. • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. • Develop and implement case strategies to secure favorable outcomes. Qualifications: • The candidate must have 3-5 years of proven experience handling personal injury litigation cases. • Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills are required. • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is essential. • A strong dedication to providing exceptional client service is a must. • Must be a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Compensation: $125,000 + Bonuses
