Real Estate Outside Sales Representative
Georgia Wholesale Homes, LLC is currently looking for a charismatic, diligent, go-getter Outside Sales Representative to work from home and in the field, analyze Real Estate transactions, and determine they would be a profitable investment for the company to acquire. (No Prior Real Estate Experience Needed). You will work with a team of highly motivated individuals and will play an integral part in the company, that continues to set Georgia Wholesale Homes apart from other residential development companies. We will provide all of the marketing, and all of the pre-vetted leads and set you up on the appointment. You will go to the appointment and speak with the sellers. You won't be required to work out of an office every day. This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month because you will get a bonus for every property our company acquires. This is an opportunity to take your talents and contribute in a big way. You will make great money and learn in the process. We love to see and are sincerely committed to the success of our sales reps. • TIME COMMITMENT: Full time. Core hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. After-hours phone calls and weekends for appointments may be necessary. All helpful skills in the real world. • Time-and-a-half working any major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day • Paid time off - Vacation, Sick, and Personal Days Responsibilities: • Meeting sellers and building rapport at appointments • Analyzing potential deals • Estimating repair costs • Calculating and presenting offers to buy houses • Prepare and sign contracts • Keeping track of leads and follow-ups in our CRM system • Following up with sellers on offers made • Seek ways to improve processes • Implement strategies to generate new leads and working old leads via follow-up systems Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone • Attention to detail, overcoming objections, stress management • Charismatic with an outgoing personality • The ability to listen, answer questions, and create solutions to difficult situations • Strong follow-up skills with potential property owners • Self-motivation and a strong personal drive • Desire to learn, follow and improve a proven real estate system • Work well within a team Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 at plan commission
