Industry leading geotechnical laboratory at Innovative Geotechnology is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited and the USACE validated. We are actively searching for a geotechnical laboratory manager. Experience in civil or geotechnical engineering is not required. However, experience in managerial role in a laboratory is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees the operations of Innovative Geotechnology’s laboratory, including laboratory personnel and quality management program. Responsible for driving continual improvement in laboratory performance in seamless operations, innovation, and client satisfaction. Reviews and updates policies and procedures as needed. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of laboratory personnel. Communicates to laboratory personnel their duties, responsibilities, and authorities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or other Science related discipline.
